Delete your Ekipo data

You can delete everything yourself, at any time, without contacting us.

1. Open Ekipo and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete all data and confirm.
3. All players and matches are removed from your device and from the cloud backup linked to your account. Your sign-in is removed as well.

If you no longer have the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account and data within 30 days. prismflowgames@gmail.com

Purchase records are kept by Apple or Google under their own policies. Anonymous crash and usage statistics cannot be linked back to you.
