By using Ekipo you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Prism Flow Games.

The service

Ekipo provides tools to build lineups, balance teams, remind players, split court fees, record results and statistics, and share posters. Users enter the information and are responsible for its accuracy.

Accounts and data

The app works without an account. You may sign in with Apple or Google for cloud backup. Use the details of people you add only to organise games and with their knowledge.

Ekipo PRO

• PRO is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your store account on confirmation.
• If a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies.

Advertising

The free version may show ads. Rewarded ads only play when you choose to watch them.

Court fees

Ekipo is not a payment service and never transfers money. Calculated amounts are informational; payments happen between users outside the app.

Acceptable use

You may not use the app unlawfully, to infringe the rights of others, or to harm the service. When you add other people's names, phone numbers or photos, make sure they are happy for you to do so; you are responsible for the information you enter and the messages you send.

Liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Participants are responsible for the physical risks of playing sport.
