Privacy Policy

Ekipo ("the app") is a lineup and match-organising app developed by Prism Flow Games. This policy explains what information the app processes and why, in line with the GDPR and Türkiye's KVKK. The data controller is Prism Flow Games.

Information we process

• Players and matches: player names you add, optional phone numbers, shirt numbers, skill and position preferences, photos, match dates, venues, fees, scores and notes. This information is stored on your device first.
• Cloud backup: Firebase Authentication creates an anonymous identifier. If you sign in with Apple or Google, your email address and account identifier are processed so backup can work. Player and match data is stored in Cloud Firestore and linked only to your account.
• Contacts: only if you allow access. To show the searchable list, names and phone numbers are read on your device; only the people you choose to add are saved as players. Your address book is never uploaded or shared.
• Calendar: events are added only through the system editor after you confirm them.
• Notifications: reminders are scheduled locally on your device.
• Purchases: subscriptions and purchases are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your card details.
• Usage and diagnostics: anonymous product events (such as which screens are open and for how long, and which buttons are tapped) and crash reports may be processed through Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to improve the app. We may run A/B tests of app variants with Firebase Remote Config. If you installed the app from an Apple Ads ad, Apple's AdServices shares only campaign details (campaign, ad group, country); this does not identify you and does not require tracking permission.
• Advertising: when ads are enabled, Google AdMob may process device identifiers, coarse location and ad interaction data for delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. Personalised ads are used only where permitted and when you consent.
• Feedback: messages you send from Contact us are stored together with your optional email, app version, language and device model.

Legal bases and purposes

We process data to provide the service (running the app and backups), for legitimate interests (security, debugging, product improvement) and with your consent (personalised advertising and tracking).

Third parties

Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics), Google AdMob, Apple App Store and Google Play. These providers may process data under their own policies and in other countries. We do not sell your data.

Match links

When you share a match from "Tell the players", the match name, date, venue, the names and shirt numbers in the lineup and (if you entered them) the per-person fee, IBAN and account holder are published on a page anyone with the link can open. Phone numbers and photos are never published. The page is hidden from search engines and stops working 30 days after the match. Make sure the people in your lineup are aware before you share.

Court fees and payments

Ekipo never moves money. The IBAN or payment details and account holder name you enter are stored on your device (and in your backup if you turn cloud backup on) and only appear in messages you choose to send. Only enter your own payment details.

Your choices and rights

• You can use the app without creating an account.
• Settings › Delete all data removes your data from the device and the cloud backup and permanently deletes your account. Without the app, follow the steps at https://ekipoapp.web.app/delete-account.
• Where required, ad privacy choices are available in Settings. On iOS you can manage tracking permission in system settings.
• You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us.

Retention and security

We keep data while the service is provided and as required by law. Deleted records are removed from sync history within 60 days. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards.

Children

Ekipo is not directed to children under 13.
